Favorite Move: Parallel with your legs glued together (feel like it makes you really engage your core—for balance, your legs and your inner thighs. It also creeps up on you, which provides a nice challenge).

Favorite Cue: “Pull up through your core, chest and all the way through the top of your head”.

Ashley C.

Ashley moved to San Antonio from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she grew up practicing tap, jazz, ballet and modern. After dancing competitively until college, she then minored in dance at St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Favorite Move: Fold Over

Favorite Cue: “Find your shake!”
