Open Level Smart Barre – 60 minutes
Combining elements of Pilates, ballet and yoga, our classic open level class brings your muscles to fatigue, using intermittent stretching for release. This full body workout is efficient and sustainable for all fitness levels. A ballet barre, light hand weights, a fitness ball, resistance band, and stretching strap are used in class.
Smart Cardio – 60 minutes
Increase your heart rate with larger movements combined, and the small, isometric movements used in Open Level Barre. Stretching is reserved for the end of class. A prerequisite of 10 Open Level or Express classes is recommended.
Smart Stretch & Restore – 30 minutes
Take time to send oxygen to your sore muscles, and release in targeted stretching. This class is designed to focus on the areas that need a little extra attention to improve your flexibility ultimately helping you prevent injury.
Smart Barre Express – 30 minutes
A condensed version of our Open Level Barre, this class is moving, this class hits all major muscle groups and leaves you invigorated for the day. Brief intermittent stretching is included, followed by a longer stretch at the end of class.
Smart Cardio Express – 30 minutes
Kicking our Smart Barre Express class up a notch, this class will get your heart rate up while strengthening the entire body. Stretch is at the end of class.
Smart 45 – 45 minutes
A hybrid of our Cardio Express and Open Level Barre classes in less than 1 hour. Girls 11 years and older may join this class with their moms. All clients welcome!
Smart Yoga Flow – 60 minutes
A Power Vinyasa yoga class designed to increase strength and flexibility using breath. Clients will move from building block postures at a moderate pace challenging focus and strength. Class is not heated. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Smart Core – 60 minutes
Gain a deeper understanding of core stabilization through mat work and use of light equipment for intense and focused muscle work. Rooted firmly in the principles of Pilates mat technique, exercises will ignite the deep muscles of the core promoting stability and will provide sustained release improving flexibility.
Core Express – 30 minutes
In a condensed version of Smart Core, move through core stabilization mat work for intense, focused muscle work, promoting stability, and sustained release, improving flexibility.
Smart Move – 60 minutes
A dance class-style warm-up followed by simple movement in place and across the floor. Use arms & legs, head & torso, hands & feet together to build movement for strength, balance and coordination, and challenge your brain by learning a short, simple combination in a certain movement style.
ARRIVE ON TIME | to properly warm up your body. For your safety, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will not be allowed to take class.
KNOW YOUR BODY | It is our Smart Barre philosophy. Tell us about you before class so we can guide you with modifications or tailor our choreography to help you get the most out of your hour with us.
HEAR, HEAR | Listen to your instructor for proper set up and where to initiate movement.
HYDRATE | Bring your own water or purchase it at the studio. Take sips when needed!
SHAKE IT UP | You are working your muscles to fatigue, then releasing with a stretch. Never fear “the shake”!
